Application Best Practices source code

Hello Guys,

        I am wondering if anybody can point me to the source code for Application Best Practices example in the SAP UI5 Developer guide.

        I am good with copying and creating source code for the whole project, from the online documentation, but I am having trouble figuring out where all the code listed on Step 3: Navigation and Binding, under subheading "Use" goes.
