After upgrade from 7.01 Ajax Framework page is currupt

Hi,

After upgrading from 7.01 to 7.3 or 7.31 or 7.4 or 7.5 the Ajax Framework Page aka AFP is currupt, not loading as expected.

What to do?

The answer is in this note:

The content of 7.01 is different then 7.02 and above.
