We are happy to share the highlights of Release Candidate 11 of UI5 Web Components with you.


 

In Release Candidate 11 we mainly focused on delivering new components and component enhancements. In addition, we invested significant time to polish our existing components, providing important bug fixes (~26). You can find more details below.

RELEASE CANDIDATE 11


 

New Components


With the RC.11 version of UI5 Web Components, we extended the set of components we offer with five new components. The new additions to our library are as follows:  AvatarGroup, Bar, Calendar, Slider and RangeSlider

  • CombBox: аdded two-column layout support #2503

  • Table: added "growing" capability with "More" button #2589

What is coming around the corner?


We are working on extracting all the IE related code to separate package, to make the IE support opt-in feature, but more on this in the next release.
