Do you happen to sing one of the greatest Beatles' songs when configuring SAP Cloud Identity Services admin console and looking for some assistance? Well, that's the purpose of the documentation, right? But is it always handy? You need to google it if you don’t have it bookmarked. And you need to leave the admin console and open it in a new browser.
How about having your assistant right on the screen?

And it's already possible! Yes, SAP Cloud Identity Services have implemented SAP Companion, a web-based help system to provide you with context-sensitive in-app help right in the admin console.
Wait, where is that in-app help?
There is a small question mark in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose it, and you'll see all the currently available on-screen help. The content can be links to the documentation, video, tips, context-sensitive help.
You can select a hotspot, or you can also select a tile in the help panel to show the bubble. The laser is displayed to visualize the connection between a tile and a hotspot or an icon.

You wonder how to find about the new releases of SAP Cloud Identity Services. Is there a place where all the release notes are available? Can you subscribe to that page?
Yes, and yes.
Yes, there is a page with the release notes, actually they are two - What's New for Identity Authentication and What's New for Identity Provisioning. And, yes, you can subscribe to them.
But in addition to that, the release notes now come directly to your screen. After the first start of the admin console, a note about changes is displayed at the top.
Select the note to start the What's New mode and to see the most recent What's New content in the help panel.
But you might want to see what was released earlier? Just choose the Identity Authentication or Identity Provisioning tile in the same help panel, and you'll be redirected to pages with all the release notes for these solutions.

How about a step-by step guide through an application process. You got it - A Guided Tour.
- Select the Guided Tours icon to show the Guided Tours view.
- Select a tour from the list.
3. Select Start.
The Guided Tour shows the instruction directly next to the current element and awaits your action.
At the end of a guided tour, you will not only have learned about how to go through a process but you'll have performed the process already.
