Test & demo license for Product Footprint Management (PFM)

Hello.

I would like to try out the SAP Product Footprint Management (PFM) by using test & demo (TDD) license.

Does the license package of “ [8012201] Cloud test and demo for SAP Product Footprint Management” includes all necessary environment, such as BTP, SAC and S/4HANA?

Or, does it require to sign up for TDD license for BTP, SAC and S/4HANA separately?

Thank you.

Hi, all necessary components to run SAP Product Footprint Management are included in the license and will be shipped with the environment. This holds true for example for the BTP environment. Other components, which are not part of the PFM functionality, need to be licensed separately. This is in your example the SAC and the S/4HANA. For both, existing installations can be connected into SAP PFM, so there is no need to build up a new instance for them if one is existing. Also, PFM could be connected into other data sources via public APIs.

Hi Bettina,

Many thanks for your reply and I am now clear about the PFM's TDD license.

Best regards,
