I am wondering about creating HU for sample (or part qty) and do inspection in QI area itself by repacking.
System allows to give partial decisions on partial qty (split decisions).
Refer: qi.jpg
Question is: Is it possible to record different decisions within HU and re-pack? I see code is accepting re-packing functionality but while applying follow-up it's disregarding first action (accept). (Although not sure...)
Somehow it's not working in my case, it's not giving any log or error and not posting also.
Help if somebody have faced any issues.
Hi Dhaval,
Incase of Multiple HU in the inspection lot. If you are trying to Do multiple posting for the each HU at a time the system didnt Post the Stock .. i had faced this Similar problem ..to Achieve in this case for multiple HU in Inspection lot. Lets say for Accepted and rejected case in hu 1.. Mention the Qty and usagedecision and trigger Follow-up. Save the inspection lot... Perform the Next Step where the Qty is Rejected with Destination HU is created for the rejected Case... After that proceed the posting for the Next HU.

@abhishek shouldn't this be a std. SAP defect then? We should be able to post both HU's at same time. This is how it works in ECC too.
the answer you gave above is definitely a good workaround and the right way to proceed for now though
saurabh.maheshwari yeah true .. its a SAP Bug.. As you know SAP takes a Long time to Resolve the Issue and clients dont wait that long for the Solution and Also There are many bugs in case of QM-EWM integration. But Although this case can be solved with some BADI implementation... I Had done Analysis, the issues was that the Partial Lots status flag are not updated in the Inspection lot and this was creating a Issue. May be Reaching out to SAP might help incase the Time permits.. The QM-EWM integration also incase of Serial number managed Material fails. As there is no way for dealing with it even after BADI Implementaion.
