SAP S4HANA 1709 Basic EWM license

Hi All,

We are running Embedded EWM with Basic license till now. Now are trying to link one S.Loc with Production where we receive stock from Production immediately after confirming the process order/ Posting GR for the order. This creates an Inbound delivery in EWM and GR is posted in EWM. I would like to know if this is included in Basic EWM license.

I have gone through the node in EWM, where there is a report to find out if we are using Advanced/ Basic functions.But how do I know before configuring this scenario is in Basic EWM. Below is the link to the scenario we are trying to setup.

Also, I would like to understand how to get the details of what's included in basic EWM license. Whom should I contact to get this cleared.

I couldn't figure out from below guide if Production scenario we are trying to setup is part of basic EWM. It's only a document type setup, but we just want to be sure before going ahead.

Please help to know this information.

Hello

As far as I know,Production integration is part of basic EWM . You can create EWM PSA storage location to stage the components and receive the FG/SFG in EWM managed storage location.

You can use the report /SCWM/RP_COMPLIANCE_CHECK to check the compliance check for your warehouse.

For example: I am already using production staging with PMR and production GR receiving process in EWM managed storage location. This is totally covered in basic functions.

Hi Aslam,

Thank you so much for your response. It seems like this is part of the Basic EWM license. I will go ahead with the change and see at the end with the help of compliance check report. I will let you know if I get more info on this.
