confirm warehouse task immediately

Hi,

in a goods receipt process i configured a proctype with "confirm immediately" and "propose confirmation".

in addition i confirmed the goods receipt mode with "only send full GR at end of putaway process" (1) and "PCGM message after the FUGR message" (1) - both in customizing under "Set control Parameter for ERP version contro".

The confirmation of the WT works fins but the ERP delivery note still keep status "A" and isn't updated in "C".

When i confim the WT manually the update of the ERP delivery note works fine an it becomes "C". (PPF action in EWM "Send ERP delivery message" was processed - /SCWM/MSG_PRD_SEND)

It seems to be, that the update of the ERP delivery note dosen't work with immediately confirmation of the WT.

I there someone with expirience the same process ore a workaround? Can i run a job for the confirmation of the WT?

Hello Bernd,

please do NOT change anything in the PPF settings as described above. That would be a modification and it can disrupt a lot.

If your WT with immedite confirmation is a confirmation of the full quantity (and the only item) and there is no other delay confirgured, I woult expect the GR message to be sent to ERP. If this does not happen, let the development support check the system behavior.
