Hi,
I have run the Automatic Write off UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF for a dispute case, but still i find the dispute does not change its states as per Automatic Status Changes settings.
And also, we are not getting any error when we run this auto write off Program, it is giving Message as Started. (Not sure whether we need to run any other program to get it complted, so the status of the dispute case get changed to Closed)
And also, as per information in UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF, system will schedule a program RFDM2000 to post the write off to FI, but that is also not happening.
And also, as per information in UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF, system will blocks the Dispute Case for manual changes, but that is also not happening
Could you please help in, so the dispute case should change its status to Closed and also it should schedule program to Post it to accounts.
Thanks in Advance for your guidance/inputs
Regards,
Srinivas
Hi ,
Kindly check whether the configuration for the automatIC status Change (UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF) has been maintained with the closing status for the case type , check whether for the case type required Gl account has been assigned , check fo the GL line item level whether the amount has been posted .

Hi,
GL account has been maintained for the Case Type, and also, UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF has been maintained with the closing status for the case type.
But i am not sure, why sytem is not changing the status for the Case id. When I run UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF, system is showing message as Started and then nothing is happening.

Srinivas
