SAP Supplier Self Service (SUS) Portal

Hello,

I've done a lot of looking into this subject but would anyone out there know if a solution exists  for SAP Supplier Self Service (SUS) Portal working with Internet Explorer 10 or 11 (which was recently released). I know you can run Internet Explorer 10 or 11 in compatibility mode but is there a fix where you don't have to run IE 10/11 in compatibility mode. Also, is there any release of SUS that can work for different browsers ie. Firefox, Chrome, Safari?

Hi,

please always refer to the Product Availability Matrix of your Netweaver release to find out which browser version is supported for your system. SUS is using only BSP technology, this is what you will need looking for. For example you have a Netweaver 7.0 EHP2 basis relase you would need to look here:

https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001225132009E

IE 10 would be supported as of SP12, IE11 as of SP14 for BSP (page 34). Please mind that for both this browser versions there are restriction as detailed in the indicated notes.

Once you know which browser is supported for your basis release you can head over to the PAM for SRM and check the list of supported browser versions if there are any restriction from application side. Generally if a browser version is supported for the basis release it will be supported for the application as well, if not noted otherwise.

regards

Zoltan
