Automation of signatures in Ariba based on SOA/SOE

Good Day-  

For the group that I am in, we had a recent audit where Services Agreements and Exhibits are not appropriately reviewed, approved, and executed in compliance with the Contract Approval Schedule of Authority (SOA) or the Contract Execution Schedule of Authority (SOE).

Question 1:  Do we have the ability to automate contract signatures in Ariba based on SOA/SOE.  If automation is viable, what system changes would be needed to enable new signature process?

Question 2:  Do we have the ability to Review/Update expiration dates for active agreements to resolve discrepancies between the Agreement/Exhibit and Ariba Contract Workspace?
