I am currently running a report in attempts to calculate cycle time before the Registration Start Date and the Submission and Approval Date.
More than half of my rows are coming back with a single date as the Start Date: 8/11/2021. Some of these suppliers submitted their registration months before the "Start Date," so how could the Start Date be overwritten like that?
When I check the induvial supplier profiles' Action Log, there is nothing that occurred on or mentions 8/11/2021.
I know it's not a template upgrade as I would recognize the pattern.
Any ideas?
