SAP ISU MR Validations order of execution

HI all,

I have a question about SAP ISU Meter Reads user defined dependent validations order of execution. How this order is defined and where? I'm trying to change the order of execeution by using SPRO->SAP Utilities->Tools->System Modification->User-Defined Validations->User-Defined Depndent Validations->Allocate Customer-Specific Dependent Validations to Validation Group. I want to change this order but, whatever I do, the system always orders the validations by the validation ID. Is the validation ID the data which defines this order or there is still possibility for the user to manage this somehow?
