Dear Team,

Please help if you come across the below scenario.

When we do move in from ECC, We are observing a different behavior with address type CON_OBJECT.

Ex: customer is already living in one premise say premise 1.

he has two address types at bp level.

standard address

con_object - premise1. jan 01 2018 - 12/31/9999 - standard usage.

Now if i create move in on May 08 2018 for above customer into different premise premise 2.

address types are being updated like below.

standard address.

con_object - premise1 Jan 01 2018 - May 07 2018 - standard usage.

con_object - premise May 08 2018 - 12/31/9999 - standard usage.

con_object - premise1 May 08 2018 - 12/31/9999 - NO standard usage.

first two entries are correct however we are not sure why the last entry is created again for premise 1 with new timestamp.

Hi Praveen,

Can you check the following SPRO config as to how its set up in your System

Transaction SPRO-> SAP Reference-IMG-> SAP Utilities-> Customer Service-> Process Execution-> Move-In/Out-> Move-In-> Define Move-In Control Parameters at Document Level

There are two parameters-

Adjust standard address for move-in customer

Adjust move-in customer address.

These two parameters drive the address at the Business partner level.

Thanks,

Amlan

thanks Amian for the reply. we have the second setting 'adjust move in customer address' checked and did not opt for the first option as we dont need to set up new standard address when move in happens. so premise address is getting copied to bp level as con_object address as expected however, the last extra entry is creating the problem. Please let me know if you can guide further.
