How to configure a Register with RC 06 and as relevant to billing

Hi All,

I have a requirement as follows

Meter outage needs to be captured to give the consumers some subsidee based on that.

I have to create a register for that which is a billing relevant register as billing schema will pick the values from this register.

Now system is not allowing me to create a register with Register Category 06 ie Other as billing relevant. Outage will come in Hour. How to resolve this issue?

Why is the Register Category 06 ie Other so important to you?

Why you not go with RC 05 or 04?

If the hourly outage is stored in a profile, you might need EDM functionality. So the rate structure might drive your design, but not the RC 6.
