Hello All,

I am very new to ISU business process. So can anyone please explain the typical frontoffice process configured in CIC related to ISU-CCS.

2.)Whether Frontoffice is limited only to winclient or implemented in webclient too.

It would be great if anyone can answer both the questions.

thanks,

Hi Kitcha,

Front office process are used both in winclient and webclient, but in webclient, the fornt office process is called via transaction launcher. Where configuration of fornt office in winclient, it can be done via TC-EWFC. A simple example of font office process is 'move-in' reverse.

Use TC: EWFC, in your front office configuration, select the transaction goup where u want the move- in reverse transaction, eg: Transaction group R2, add transaction MI3(Move-in Reverse), give the transaction Description, n icon...In call defination, click on the option 'Method', Give the object type 'MOVEINDOC' and Method as 'cancel' once it done, click on the transation n press F5 (data flow/ binding) In the export data flow (transaction<front office process), assign the first step value for Move-in Document : &MOVEINDOC& and business Partner &<DESKOBJ>ISUPARTNER&, and in import data (transaction> customer interaction Center) add the target elemets Move-in document(element: moveindoc, object type: moveindoc) DS(data souce): &MOVEINDOC& and Business Partner(element:partner, object type:ISUPARTNER) DS: &MOVEINDOC.BUSINESSPARTNER&

Hope this is helpful to you,
