I'm facing a problem with update to S4HANA ON PREMISE 2023.
In the risk assessment, before update, we have fields to identify the "Completion Status" of the step. (see print attched).
Now, this fields doesn´t appear in the risk assessment and i can't find a snote for this problem.
Beside this, the layout now divides the screen into two equal parts, which makes it difficult to visualize.
Any one facing the same problem?
