Not able to trigger Mixed loading check in sales order

Hi Experts,

I am following all the steps but not able to trigger the mixed loading check in sales order while having 2 materials and having different segregation keys.I am able to trigger another checks.

1. Schema is defined as per the standard. & HAZMAT_CHK_ACTIVE is activated.

2. DG checks are active at sales org & sales doc type with check method 2.

3. In Mixed loading check config. Specify Segregation Rules for Segregation Keys is maintained and as per that only I have maintained in the DG goods master data.

Could you guys please guide me.It is urgent.

Hello rsinha87

Please check other DG checks are working properly like MOT and Packaging checks ? If yes , then then you are missing some points in Customization of mixed loading, DG is huge topic and i comment without checking the customization. Debugging would be helpful. If you don't know what is missing in your customization.

Hello rsinha87

Please check the change number of the DG master and check when the latest record is created and cross check this with the sales order creation date, Cause sales order will be always take the latest DG master data.

I have checked the date of Sales order and DG master update record both looks fine.

Sales order date is 02-07-2020

DG master update date - 19-07-2020
