How to enable the long text field in Phrase in SAP EHS

In my customer system,

Long text field for the phrase is disabled. how can i enable the long text.

hello

you "just start writing" something and if the text is to long: it should go on nearly automatic. This is a basic knowlegde to have for "identifiers", "phrases" and "user defined" text.

Please checkf for an experience EHS consultant. This is really very basic topic.
