In Enable Now when creating a new recording the cursor shows in a different position

I have a user who when he does a recording (uses the SAP GUI Signature profile), where he selects the cursor on the SAP screen, it is showing in a different area in the recording. Please see attachment for example. Noone else has advised of this issue and it works fine when I do it on my machine.

The user Windows Desktop scaling is probably not set to something that SAP Enable Now expects. Or, if the SAP GUI runs inside Citrix, then it's Citrix applying the custom scaling.

Check if the SAP Enable Now shows a warning after the user selects the SAP GUI screen when starting the recording.

SAP GUI does run inside Citrix. In Cotrix Workspace - Preferences, we both have Best resolution (Recommended) selected. When I do a recording it records as it should. He does not get any error message when starting the recording

We did some more testing and if he changes the Monitor Layout in Citrix to DPI 125 instead of 100, it records in the correct position but then has a red line at the top of the recording (even if he waits till the bar shows green he still get a red line at the top) Do you think if we reinstall Producer on his machine this could resolve the issue?

This means the application window size defined in the recording settings is too big for the current screen resolution, so the recording bar is included. You may decrease the application window size or increase the screen resolution.
