Does anyone know what the work around or fix is here. We have a single class that is Hybrid, so allowing both in-person and virtual attendance. We have set up the class with a location and also VLS.
We assign the learning to them and register the user directly as this is mandatory training.
The learners get both a VLS registration and also an In-Person registration confirmation. They can chose which delivery method to attend.
When the class is over, the VLS integration runs, and updates the attendees from the teams meeting, but those who attended in-person where we scanned their QR Code, are marked attended by the QR code, but are being marked incomplete when the VLS integration runs.
Is there a way around this, so that these records are left alone, and only the completed ones are processed?
If we were to create two classes, one for in-person, and one for virtual, on the day we wont know who is going to be in the office or not due to the new global changes in working from home.
This would also result in two completion records for each class. One complete, the other incomplete. And when it comes to reporting on attendance/registration %, these figures are not going to be correct. The registration (being the denominator in the calc) would be double, which is false....hence creating a Hyrbid single class makes more sense.
