SAPs localisation team for the UK is pleased to announce the delivery of additional UK specific legal forms using Fiori 2.0 My Forms app. This new functionality will allow employees more flexible access to their forms dependent on your company security and network policies.

The following forms are now enabled for the UK:

• P11D – Expenses and Benefits
• P60 – End of Year Certificate
• BSS - Benefit Summary Statement

Using the My Fiori Forms App

You can access the forms using the My Forms Fiori App via your desktop or mobile device:

Integrating the My Fiori Forms app with SuccessFactors

 The My Fiori Forms app can also be integrated into SuccessFactors using two options:

• A link on the Payroll Information tab
• A custom card on the Homepage

Integration to the Payroll Information Tab

It is possible to add a link within the Payroll Information tab in Employee Central to permit users access to the forms configured in My Fiori Form app.

The Payroll Information tab is where the user would access other payroll related information including Tax and National Insurance data held in Infotypes in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) as well as their pay statement.

Launching Fiori Forms from a custom card on the Homepage

Using the Custom Card functionality it is possible to add a new card to the Homepage within Employee Central that will launch the URL connecting the user to the forms delivered via the My Fiori Forms app.

When configuring the Custom Card you can also specify whether the card should be shown within the SuccessFactors mobile app. If you switch this on then the new card will appear on the homepage within the mobile app and permit the user to launch the URL to connect to the My Fiori Forms apps.

 

System Landscape Requirements

Customers must be on release 608 and in order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:
