SOLVE_ORDER Workings for SAP BPC

Hi,

Does anyone know of a document / URL / link that explains SOLVE_ORDER in Measure Formulas and Member Formulas?

Basically, I am after the precedence rules for them. In other words:

1. Does SOLVE_ORDER=5 resolve before SOLVER_ORDER=3, say?
2. Is there an precedence between Measure Formulas (YTD and any Custom Measures) and Member Formulas.
3. Where does the hierarchy rollup precedence occur? (The summation of base members). Is it affected by SOLVE_ORDER?

This is on the Netweaver Platform. BPC 10.1 on BW 7.51 on HANA 2.0. (I am not sure if this differs to the Microsoft Platform)

Pointers appreciated. I am dealing with quite a complex problem, but I would like to understand that I am implementing this correctly before posing the question to the forum.

2. Depending on SOLVE_ORDER

3. Hierarchy rollup can be used or not in MEASURE formula.

Thanks. Most of these scenarios have been tested, but I have a situation where selecting a (calculated) Member gives different result when I select it only vs. when I select it with its base Members (also calculated). A matter for another post.

Let me go through this and go from there.
