Random behavior while performing RIsk Analysis

Within the last month we have had random issues where an approver performing access risk on a access request is not able to.

Some of the random errors are anywhere from risk analysis completed with errors, risk analysis is mandatory for this stage, sometimes even by clicking the button and trying to submit the request we receive the risk analysis required at this stage, or even when running risk analysis the light (risk violation, mitigation control) remain all red or worst this approver sees all red lights but if I open the request I see as the mitigation was applied.

Also for example I could be facing this issue right now and in a few minutes it starts working normally. The basis guy is also stomped with this intermittent issue SM59 results are good so I don't know where this RFC lies.

HI Alexei,

Please make sure all the connected systems in AC are working correctly at that time. You can test in sm59.

It may not be from the system you are running but other related systems due to cross system or any dependent systems.
