GL cumulative balances with trading partner info(0fi_gl_12)

Hi Team, Working on legal consolidation.

Followed SAP how to guide for extraction of GL balances using data source 0FI_GL_12.

0FI_GL_12 is having field RASSC(trading partner), but it's not bringing value from ECC. The source table for Field RASSC for the datasource 0fi_gl_12 is FAGLFLEXA where as the source table for field VBUND(Trading partner) in datasource 0FI_GL_4 is BSEG.

FAGLEFLEXA is not having any value for trading partner in ecc thats why its coming blank We are on BPC 7.5NW SP10. Could you please tell workaround for this problem.

Thanks for your reply and read sap note. Note relates to log maintaining if data not extracted. Here at source level(FALGLFLEXT) data not been posted.

I checked prerequisites of how-to-guide and one among one is

  New GL is activated in SAP ECC 6.0 system and different Parallel ledgers are

defined for recording various GAAP specific accounting adjustments, such USGAAP,India GAAP, IFRS, etc

Our client using New GL concept but parallel ledgers option not configured. Only one leading ledger is maintained(0L) and consolidatioin scenario not been maintained in ECC. Trading partner is activated/configured in ECC. Transaction are posted against trading partners. EC-CS module implemented at our client place and working fine.

Could any one share your experiences/ideas regarding our requirement.

Requirement: Extraction of GL balances(Cumulative) for both P&L and BS items and then load to consolidaiton(legal) application.

Does any other datasource support us.

You can use 0FI_GL_10, but again the source is same FALGLFLEXT.

Issue resoved. Preparation for  consolidation(FIN_CONS) is configured(SPRO) in ECC, now trading partrner(RASSC) is available for newly posted entries.

Hi Naresh,

Did u face in data inconsistency in FAGLB03 report after implementing this configuration? we have similar requirement in our project and client is afraid to do this configuration.
