I did not find the option for 'dependency' based on the above steps. May I ask how to set that dependency

Tcode: FCLOCO-->Open the template--->Change
after insert dependancy, you get below dialog box. Select as desired.
Make sure task timings are in line before setting dependance. i.e If A task time is >B task time, it can be set as successor. If A task time is prior to B task, then you can set as predecessor.
