Cannot implement SAP Note 2857484 in S4 HANA system

After we upgraded to GRC 12.0, our EAM Synchronization and Action Usage Jobs failed. We implemented SAP Note 2857484 which resolved the issue.

1 of our applications has upgraded their sandbox to S4 and we connected it to our GRC sandbox for testing purposes. Basis tried to install SAP Note 2857484 in the S4 system but received a message that it can not be implemented. We executed a FF session (from our GRC sandbox to the S4 sandbox) which was successful but the EAM Synchronization job failed.

Does anyone know if there is a separate S4 note that delivers the same fix that SAP Note 2857484 provides for ECC systems?
