Hi,
We have strange issue where Excel link works ok, but PowerPoint link opens Word add-in and Word link opens PowerPoint addin (so links are crossed). System was migrated from 7.5 to 10.1. and testing revelead this. Any ideas?

Try re-registering the add-in using the registry file found in the EPM add-in folder:
..SAP BusinessObjects\EPM Add-In\LoadEPMAddin.reg
