Welcome to our blog series about SAP Subscription Billing’s new features!
From this month we would like to highlight the upcoming auto-activation of a feature and the list of supported keyboard shortcuts. But this is just a selection of all the features that we released the past weeks. You find the complete list in our What’s New page on the SAP Help Portal, to which you can also subscribe to get notified of any news.
Now let’s take a look at the highlights:
Auto-activation: Bill Corrections for Usage Received After Bill Closing
The feature Bill Corrections for Usage Received After Bill Closing has been available for optional activation in tenants existing before October 9, 2023. The test and early adoption phase will end on March 31, 2024 and the feature will be activated in all tenants in which it has not yet been manually activated.
With the activation of the feature, usage data for a billing period that's already closed is billed within the relevant billing period. Once the usage is received, a correction bill is automatically created that reverses any charges for previously received usage and contains a new charge that takes the latest usage into account.
For tenants created after October 9, 2023, the feature has always been active.

Supported Keyboard Shortcuts
SAP Subscription Billing now supports the following common keyboard shortcuts:
| Keys | Behavior |
| Enter | Start the search on the filter bar level. |
| Ctrl + Enter | Create or add on the table toolbar level. Note: This shortcut doesn't apply in case the Create button is a menu button. |
| Ctrl + D | Delete on the table toolbar level. |
| Ctrl + Del | Depending on the active page level:
|
| Ctrl + S | Save the current page. |
| Esc | Cancel the last activity. |
| Shift + Ctrl + F2 | Copy the current page. |
