User Roles issue in SAM 2110 mob app

Hi Experts,

We are working in SAM 2110 mob app and facing issue in User Roles.

We have two users for which we have mapped one user as Supervisor and another user as Technician in ECC. When we are syncing to mob app both users are getting as Technician profiles.

We have configured the all the required setting in Syclo config panel, SU01, PA30 and PPOME for both Supervisor and Technician but still we are getting as Technician for both users in mob app.

Could you help to resolve the issue?

Hi Syam,

We have fixed the issue by reviewing configurations. Now we are able to get supervisor and technician roles in mob app.

Hi Mohammed,

The best way to segregate user authorisations is to use authorization role using one of the mobile app parameters as listed in the documentation https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ASSET_MANAGER/f15c174c3c3647088d38fb220e42c006/59030dff0ae441c79e04b51... (#4). This will supersede all other settings in the configuration to determine if the logged in user Supervisor Vs. Technician.

Hi Syam,

In syclo config panel and in SU3 we have configured the settings as per the Mobile Appln Parameter settings for the Supervisor Module. But still in mob app we are getting as Technician for both SAM users.

Can you please help me on this?
