Use of QA08

How we use transaction QA08 for Assigning a Quality Flag to Material for which we want Inspection

You can use QA08 to activate /deactivate individual inspection types.

Steps to use QA08 are -

Enter QA08 transaction

Enter selection parameters like, material, plant etc

select tab "mass processing"

Enter inspection type to activate

execute

SAP will display parameters for the inspection type,

Make changes if needed , select 'active' for inspection type and hit enter

SAP will display list of material that match the selection

select material to be updated ( you can select all)

Click save.

Repeat the process for each inspection type.
