Transfer of Equipments

Dear Friends,

We have one superior equipment for which some nearly 40 - 50 sub equipments were assigned. As per our business needs we have to transfer all these equipments in a single step as they are belong to single machine assembly. When i uninstall from the functional location and change the plant for the superior equipment only the superior equipment got transferred to the other plant.

The sub equipments still lying in the old plant. I tried the transaction IE4N but system issues a message 'DIMP nedd to be installed and configured'.Please suggest how to transfer the superior equipment and the associated sub equipments in a single step.

In your query, 'Installing at the new Functional Location of the other Plant' after dismantling is not seen. Whether you are missing Specifying the new FL in the dismantled Superior Equipment.

Can you tell us what is status of the equipment when you uninstalled from the Functional location

please check whether it is AVAB means available or nothing changes
