HI,

Iam creating sales order from X plant........n i need to Run MRP from Y plant

(X and Y plants contains same material with all parameters)..This requirment is to find the internal profit for the organisation

If u need more clarity plzz revert me back

Hi

When creating a sales order instead of X plant enter Y plant & if there isnt enough stock in Y plant then the availability check will be carried out & the requirements will be passed on to the plant Y. Check the settings in your requirement type & what is the requirement class assigned to it, check in the requirement class whether requirements & availability check are checked. Check for your schedule line category whether the availability check & req are checked. If these settings are maintained, then you can see the requirements which are passed on the Y plant once the order is saved.
