Hello Experts,

If TMSTA =7 and a BDC upload program is used to update time events in IT2011, please verify if the assumptions are correct?

1. Time evaluation can be run and time reports for employees can be generated eg: clock in/out corrections etc mainly for statistical purposes.

2. Absences generated via RPTQTA00

3. Time evaluation will not effect the payroll but only quotas.

4. Overtime or LOP/LWP etc will have to be updated manually in IT0015

Yes.

2. Absences generated via RPTQTA00 

Absences will not be generated. Absence quotas can be generated either through RPTQTA or through time evaluation (depending on the requirement)

3. Time evaluation will not effect the payroll but only quotas.

Primarily, yes.

4. Overtime or LOP/LWP etc will have to be updated manually in IT0015 

Yes. An option can also be explored where LOP can be a separate absence type which needs to be updated manually in IT 2001 in all unapproved absence scenarios and a dynamic action can be used to create an IT 0015 record for LOP.
