Can we record absence and attendance in a same day.for eg an employee worked for 5 hrs that time to show in attendance and balance 3 hrs to absence it is possible.

Like Doctor's appointment in a day.
Eg.Clock in:09:00
Clock out: 14:00
Absence: 14 to 17.
