Dear All,

All of clients is having a problem with SAP Business One.

Sometimes the message "The database structure has been modified. In order to resume this process, all open windows will be closed,Do you want to continue adding the user-defined field?" appears for users, When they click "Ok", the message is displayed endlessly. The only way is to interrupt SAP Business One through the task manager.

The message appears when there is a period of inactivity on the PC or network interruption.

The perform data check option is not enabled on the database.

They are on SAP Business One (SQL Server), Version 10 FP2208

Is someone facing the same problem? Do you have any ideas to help me solve this problem please?

Thanks in advance!

Hi hlak,

Unfortunately, no workaround exists as the issue required a code fix.

Kind regards,

Hi,

This behaviour can occur with a wireless network (WLAN / WIFI). Low signal strength / quality will exacerbate the problem. SAP Business One is very sensitive to network interruptions and lag.

If this is the case for you, here are some solutions from best to worst:

  1. Connect workstations to your network with network cables.
  2. Install more wireless routers, to create better coverage.
  3. Get a better quality wireless router.

Regards,

Johan

Hi hlak,

You need a valid S-User ID in order to access SAP Notes.

Kindly check with your SAP Business One Partner for the same.
