Hi guys,
I try to change a little bit the layout of this report.
I try to hide the application work overview
Any idea?
Substitution Overview - Manager Self-Service in SAP NetWeaver Business Client - SAP Library
Thanks you.
Marc
you can do so easily in LPD_CUST and hide the links which you dont need?
have you tried it?

you deleted the overiview in standard role ie MSS navigation, >> it didnt work
You made a custom ZMSS role and tied in Application config in
HRMSS_ACTIVE_SUBSTITUTION_1 this also didnt work Can you check this? in the badi you can use ◦CV_ISVISIBLE -Visibility of link, to hide it?
•Define application in Launchpad Customizing. Under Launchpad Customizing Role: MSS, Instance: SUBSTITUION, define all the MSS applications that can be substituted, such as Time Recording Dashboard, Attendance Overview, and Manage Course Participation. In the application parameters for each application, set the parameter SUBST_CLASSIFICATION to the appropriate value from the task classes created in step 1.•Use the default implementation of BAdI HRMSS_SUBSTITUTION to read substitution rules for substitute. When the BAdI is called in the Substitution Overview application the BADI implementation reads the substitution rules and checks if the application is substituted for the user who is logged in.When the implementation is called for non-workflow based items in POWL (Work Overview Inbox) queries, it reads the substitution rules and returns users who have assigned the logged in user to be a substitute.
The application ID is passed to the BAdI implementation, and the implementation maps the application ID to the task classification, defined in customizing. (For standard POWL queries application id is passed as Standard Settings The team specific applications available in the Substitution Overview are configured in the launchpad role: Role: MSS Instance: SUBSTITUTION The application parameter SUBST_CLASSIFICATION creates the association between the application and the Task Classification, which is defined under Maintain task classes. In order to classify a Manager Self-Service (MSS) application for substitution, you must provide the eight character task classification key as a value of the SUBST_CLASSIFICATION parameter. If the application needs to be classified in multiple task classes, then you can provide a comma separated value. In the standard system all applications are associated to the Task Classification 'NO_CLASS'.
Additionally, the applications that can be substituted for employees and organizations are defined under: •Role: MSS •Instances: EMPLOYEE_MENU and ORGANIZATION_MENU and POSITION_MENU Activities
To remove an application from the substitution list you can either move the application to the Inactive Applications folder or leave the parameter SUBST_CLASSIFICATION blank. Note The Launchpad Roles MSS/EMPLOYEE_MENU, MSS/ORGANIZATION_MENU and MSS/POSITION_MENU are used by the Team Viewer application as well. Moving an application to the Inactive Applications folder will also affect it in the Team Viewer application.
If you want an application to be a part of Team Viewer but not be available for substitution, then you can leave the parameter SUBST_CLASSIFICATION blank
