Stop purchase order from creation

Hi,

I want the system to give an error message when creating a PO from PR whose total qty has been utilized.

Eg:

PR has 10 qty, i make a PO for 10 qty. Again when I try to amke PO from the same PR system should not allow me to do the same.

Currently the system allows me to create multiple PO from the same PR even if the total qty has been utilized.

Please help.
