Settlement dist rule split 50 in to GL & 50 in to PSG

Hello All,

Can someone spread more lights on modifying settlement dist. rule topic. I haven't worked on b4. Tried finding some posting on forum but didn't find in my need.

Basically I have the settlement profile in OKO7 and the allocation structures, which is currently configured very basic settings. Need to modified for 50 GL & 50 PSG.

Can someone advice.

Dear Nr,

Usually, the percentage amount (50%/50%) it´s defined during object creation (WBS or Internal Order).

- Set Settlement Required for G/L Account and Profit Segment in OKO7 - This will make the user to inform at least one settlement rule with G/L account and Profit Segment.

- Check the box 100%-validation so the system will check if the settlement rules is not over 100%.

- Check the Maximum number of distribution rules (should be at least 2).

Usually each object has different receivers for each case.

If you have a pre-defined rule to determine the settlement rules you can configure it in Automatic Generation of Settlement Rules.

You can find this in the following IMG menu: Controlling -> Actual Postings -> Settlement -> Automatic Generation of Settlement Rules
