Services with quantity scale having fixed amount to be calculated graduated not working

Hello,

I need urgent support on how to make it work the below scale our client has.

We are in the SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud solution for Periodic Services and for a service the client has the below quantity scale with a fix amount for each scale:

Hence the calculation needs to look like this:

I have tried to put in my condition type following settings:

- Calculation Type: B = Fixed Amount

- Scale Base Type: C = Quantity scale

- Scale Type: D = Graduated-to interval scale

but unfortunately, it is not working.

Do you have any idea why this is not working and how I can make it work, which kind of settings I need to put as to make available such calculation?

More information is required... i.e. custom condition type, access sequence, pricing procedure, etc.? configuration behind it? etc. furthermore, there is a constraint in use of scales w/in Pro Serv solution; and custom conditions currently are not fully supported in calculations behind use of a custom condition type. You might seek help from your consulting partner.

Hi Horatiu Dita,

Why not directly maintain the scale fixed value as:

Quantity Scale Price

0-5 150

6-15 525

16-30 1125

31-50 1925

...
