Services do not restart after laptop falls in sleep or hibernate mode

Hi experts,

SAP Business One 9.0 (PL4) is installed in a laptop. The Services are set to start automatically and in their 'Properties' -> 'Recovery' it is defined to 'Restart the Service' in case of first or second failure.  The issue that occurs is when the laptop starts again after a sleep or hibernate mode, then few of the Services, such as SQL Server and License Manager stop working.

Has anyone of you faced a similar situation?

Kind Regards,

Look at Note 1787704. It deals with the RSP Agent Service not starting after a reboot due to Data Execution Prevention, but it may be something to look into.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your reply.

We tried to add mssql service to DEP,but the following message appears "You cannot set DEP attributes on 64-bit executables". Have you ever faced a similar situation?

The Operating System is Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)

Kind Regards,
