Sending customer invoice using Enterprise Service InvoiceRequest_Out

Hello

This is a SAP S/4HANA on premise system. We are using idoc INVOIC02 triggered manually from transaction VF01/VF02. We are investigating the use of the SOAP web services instead of the idoc.

Does anybody know the steps required for the interface InvoiceRequest_Out to be called when an invoice is created or modified?
