SAP Massage no KQ324

Hello sir/madam

I have a urgent question about how to delete a cost component group Z2,

Z2 is not created by me ,it totally be created by the system ,when i just execute T-code ca02 to revised cost element of a material 41101020250421 ,

like this change cost element 5001110000 to 5001210000,and 5001210000 is a cost element too

then i run CK11N of the material ,then i was be told that Z2 is created and not activated

then i check the OKTZ, Z2 become Z1 and Z2 is generated automatically ,i try to delete the Z2 ，it give a massage no KQ324

I don't figure out why does Z2 be created by the system in OKTZ, Does somebody have the same question like me
