Reversal of Physical Inventory Document

Hello SAP Experts,

Procedure :

Created Physical Inventory Document - MI01 Tcode

Entered Inventory Count                     - MI04 Tcode

Posted Inventory Difference                - MI07 Tcode

After posting the difference if the Difference qty is +ve or -ve then material document is created.

Also quantity(In ERP Stock) of the material is replaced with the quantity(Counted quantity) entered in MI04 tcode at database level.

Requirement :

I need to retrieve previous quantity values for the material(i.e, posted by physical inventory document) due to error in typing quantity for the inventory count of PI Document.( In Simple, Material quantity values should be reverted back)

I need a tcode to get the previous quantity values of Material.

Clue

I found a tcode called MB59 to retrieve all the material documents of  a material. Can I have any solution with this tcode to get the previous values back for the material at database level?

Note : I found one solution through SCN that we can get the previous quantity values by creating other PI Document with those previous values and post the inventory deifference. But I need simple process to get the values back

Thank you,

once the physical inventory document is created, counts are entered and posted, you can not reverse that, so users who are entering the physical inventory counts should be careful before they post because if the wrong qty has entered and posted can not be reversed. To do so then again you have to follow the same process by creating a new physical inventory document and so on to correct the wrong entered qty.
