Cancel Call Object in the Maintenance Plan with No Shift

Hi experts,

I have an issue with scheduling plan dates for call objects in the Maintenance Plan. The call object is notification, Shift factor is 100% and the Completion Requirement is ticked. In this scenario, the notification is a routine alarm.

The routine may not be performed on the planned date. In this case, the notification needs to be closed (Canceled), but the planned date of the next call object should not change (not shift). Is there a standard solution for this?

Regards

Hi,

Dont enter any shift factors (keep it blank), it should create based on the schedule

Hi, But the requirement is that if the work is done and it is out of tolerance, the next planned date should be shifted.

Hi Ali,

In such case, if you need to push it, then use 100% in shift factors early or late completion. You can test it and see the behavior in SAP

Hi Terence, Shift factor is 100%. But the requirement is that the shift happens only when the work is done. If there is no need to do that work, don't shift. Regards

Hi, Scheduling and Shift factors are based on your previous call completion. Based on your TECO, system will re-schedule the next call. For the system TECO confirms the work is completed. What is the identifier you are trying to say, if the work is completed or not completed ?
