Attachment and Memo during PO workflow approval

Is there a way to notify the approver notes from the buyer or even present an attachment of the buyer's communication with the vendor ? 

Also if the approval is retriggered after a rejection, is there way to highlight it is a changed PO?

Thanks Thomas for the clarification that attachments in the PO can't be visible through the approval screen of inbox. Yes we have asked them to navigate through the link of the PO
