Quota deduction

I want to implement a Absence Quota deduction configuration in SAP HCM.

Presently we have only one type of shifts with 8 hour duration. We want to implement 3 types of daily work schedules. One is with 8 hours duration, second is 9 hours duration and third one is with 12 hour duration. i want to know, If an Absence type is posted in infotype 2001, Quota should be deducted in a way that one day should be deducted for shift with duration 8 hours and 9 hours and 1.5 days should be deducted for shift with duration 12 hours.

System should support half days also. i.e. if half day leave is posted, Quota should be deducted as 0.5 days for 8 hour and 9 hours shift and 0.75 days for 12 hour. Is it possible to implement such a deduction scheme in one personal subarea.

Thankyou for the reply. I know all the basic steps to configure it. But by using it,I could not achieve my requirement.

Is it possible by setting different Daily Work schedule Class for different Daily Work schedule and multiple sequence in counting rules.
