Purchasing organisations

Hi Experts,

My client does domestic and import purchases.

How many purchase organisations are required to deal with this scenario.

You will need to have 2 Pur Org,

1 for domestic say ZDOM

and 1 for imports say ZIMP. These should suffice all requirements.

However, consider the diferent purchasing departments that the company has.

Sometimes purchasing is done through different purchasing departments and each may have its own purchasing organization.

For e.g. a comany operating in India and Australia may have 2 p orgs each.
