Problem with pallets free use or block

Hello

I need help with a problem we have with the pallets.

In our factory we use pallets to stack merchandise that goes on slip sheets in the load.

I need these pallets not to appear as available in the stock (free use), I don't know if there would be any option in the bill of materials or in some other way in the slip sheets material that would block or reserve those pallets while they are in storage and up to the time of loading. Once loaded, they must be freely usable again.

I have reviewed the different types of BOM items but I have not found anything

Dear nievesalcgue65,

You can try to exclude pallet from MRP on storage location / MRP are lvl.

In case you are still on ECC ->

On MRP4 view you can exclude material from MRP for specific storage locations.

In organization levels you have to input specific storage location which should be excluded and maintain "Sloc MRP indicator":

In case you are on S4/Hana ->

Set MRP type to "ND" in specific MRP area lvl on MRP1 view:
