Problem with BAPI_PR_CREATE Enter WBS Element error

Hello,

I am creating PR by using bapi BAPI_PR_CREATE . But I get always the error: Enter WBS Element

But the field wbs_element in accounting section is already filled.

German errors:

1. Es wurde keine Instanz vom Objekttyp PurchaseRequisition angelegt. Externe Referenz: #

2. Bitte PSP-Element eingeben

Try filling the field in your account structure as follows:

<account>-SERIAL_NO = '01'.
